Nestled within the 16,000 square feet of cave, set into the picturesque Coombsville hillside behind The Overlook, this unique venue offers an intimate, once-in-a-lifetime experience that will captivate with every sip and bite.

Guests will be welcomed by their Cave Series ambassador and led into the CAVE where their adventure begins by barrel sampling future vintages while learning about our property and what makes the CAVE so ideal for storing and aging our wines.

Following the tour and barrel tasting, guests are in for a one-of-a-kind wine and food pairing experience thoughtfully curated in partnership with our Winemaker, Rudy Zuidema, and world-renowned Executive Chef and Owner of La Toque restaurant, Ken Frank.

Join us for this 3-hour experience where you are introduced to our Historic Rapp Ranch Vineyards on horseback. Our knowledgeable wrangler will guide you on a 45-minute group trail ride along our Cabernet Vineyards before leading you to our grand tasting terrace. Your celebration continues with a tasting of our Estate wines paired with a curated selection of cheese, charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments while taking in the panoramic views of the rolling Coombsville hills from our secluded love seat situated in front of the fire pit, at the edge of our expansive grand tasting terrace.
